Jay Hembree, MAI

Jay Hembree is the CEO and Principal Appraiser at Hembree Valuation Services, Inc.  Jay graduated from Kennesaw State University in 1993 where he received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science.  Jay is approaching his 20th year in commercial appraising and has worked for several appraisal firms including Carr, Lawson, Cantrell & Associates and Integra before starting his own business in 2012.  This former certified appraiser instructor is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and serves on the government affairs committee where he stays updated on the current legislation.  Jay is also a certified hearing officer for the State of Georgia.   Jay is native to Atlanta and in his spare time he enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his children.
